Shipping Options

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us at info@onlythegoods.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
3. Refund and Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) under the following conditions:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
